Michelle Kleman

Michelle Kleman is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Officer at Livermore Area Recreation and Park District since June 2022 and as Human Resources Manager at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation since November 2020, Michelle demonstrates expertise in employee relations and HR management. Previous roles include Career Coach and Facilitator at Lee Hecht Harrison, where Michelle provides transition consulting and workshops, and Employee Resource Manager at GE Power & Water, recognized for effective management during downsizing efforts.
