Fatima Anwar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, program management, and academic coordination. Since March 2023, Fatima has been serving in multiple capacities including Assistant Director Operations, Head of Programs & Initiatives, and Program Manager at Arfa Karim Technology Incubator. Prior to this, from March 2021 to February 2023, Fatima held the position of Academic Program Coordinator at Sarwar Institute of Professional Studies. Fatima's career began at Roots International Schools Pakistan, where responsibilities included Admission Officer and Relationship Manager from January 2017 to February 2021. Fatima holds a BS honours degree in Biotechnology from Lahore College for Women University, completed in 2016.

Arfa Karim Technology Incubator, a project of Arfa Karim Foundation, is a well-known technological hub in Lahore, Pakistan. It is named after Arfa Karim, a young Pakistani computer prodigy, and acts as a forum for cultivating and helping prospective entrepreneurs and technology firms. Arfa’s ambitions did not end after she became the Youngest Microsoft Certified Professional. She aspired to make her entire nation great by building upon the core areas and ensuring community development through social innovation and education. The vision of Arfa Karim, enlightened us all to introduce technology and skilled-based education from the grassroots level to the university level at the National and international level with the name of Arfa Technology Incubator (AKTI).
