Stepan Torosyan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at ARFIN UCO since March 2023. Previously, Stepan held various leadership roles at ECLOF Armenia from July 2016 to March 2023, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operational Officer, and Risk Manager. From July 2008 to March 2016, Stepan was with FINCA Armenia, where roles included Product Manager, Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Team Leader, and Loan Officer. Stepan's career in research began at the H. Petrosyan Scientific Center of Soil Science, Melioration and Agrochemistry, where Stepan worked as a Research And Development Scientist from June 2000 until February 2013. Stepan holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Soil Science and Agronomy from the H. Petrosyan Scientific Center of Soil Science, Melioration and Agrochemistry, earned in June 2004.
