Ayush Jain

Ayush Jain is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as Associate Director of Corporate Development/M&A at Argenbright Holdings Limited since April 2021, Ayush previously worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Investment Banking focused on TMT Europe. Prior roles include Deputy Manager at Brand Capital, India, where Ayush evaluated early-stage investment opportunities, and a summer internship with the same firm focusing on investment in consumption growth sectors. Additional experience encompasses a role at KPMG India in Risk Consulting and a summer internship with Shree Cement Ltd. Ayush holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
