Lucius McGehee

As manager of Argent Trust’s Governmental and Philanthropic services, Lucius lends his 30+ years of financial services industry experience by overseeing all aspects of Argent’s governmental and charitable clients. Lucius brings Argent solutions to various public bodies, charities and businesses in financial management, corporate trust, philanthropic governance, mineral management and retirement plans. Lucius is a Registered Municipal Advisor with Argent Advisors, Inc., and provides advice on municipal debt offerings.

Prior to joining Argent, Lucius worked as Assistant Controller with Staton Wholesale and Accounting Analyst with Republic Bank, Texas. Lucius has been working with Argent and its predecessors since 1990.

In his spare time, Lucius stays active in the community by serving local advisory boards such as President of the Health Hut (a mobile clinic providing free healthcare), the Boys and Girls Club of North Louisiana, and leading a small group of college students at The Bridge Community Church.
