Alexandra DiCapo has extensive work experience in the field of influencer and brand partnerships. Alexandra is currently the Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships at Argent since March 2023. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at AZIONE as the Senior Vice President from December 2021 to February 2023 and as the Vice President, Digital/Influencer from December 2021 to December 2022. Alexandra also has experience as an Account Director, Talent & Influencer Integration at Sunshine Sachs from October 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they held various roles at IHPR, including Director of Influencer Relations from November 2019 to October 2020 and Associate Director of Influencer Relations from April 2018 to November 2019. Alexandra also worked as an Account Manager at Wetherly Group from January 2017 to April 2018, as an Account Executive from January 2015 to January 2017, as a PR Assistant at D'Orazio & Associates from April 2014 to January 2015, and as an Executive Assistant to the President from September 2013 to April 2014. In addition, they have experience as the Head of Collegiate Sales & Social Media Assistant at LF Stores from January 2012 to September 2013, as an Accessories Intern at Teen Vogue from January 2012 to May 2012, as a Summer Intern at BPCM from May 2011 to August 2011, and as a Campus Ambassador | BCBGeneration at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP from February 2011 to June 2011.

Alexandra DiCapo pursued their education at the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Communications and Political Science.
