Myriam Thomas has extensive experience in the financial services industry, holding various leadership roles at Argenta since 2007, including Directeur Verzekeren Niet Leven and Director Lending. Myriam has a background in process management and improvement, with previous consultancy work at PKF where a focus on performance optimization was emphasized. Prior to Argenta, Myriam worked at Winterthur Europe Insurance for over 15 years, specializing in business process management and claims handling in non-life insurance. Myriam holds multiple educational qualifications, including an Advanced Management Programme from Vlerick Business School, and has earned Lean Sigma/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
