Claudia Borg

Prior to joining Argentic, Ms. Borg was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Stone Lion L.P. (formerly Stone Lion Capital Partners L.P., “Stone Lion”). Stone Lion initially was an affiliate of Tudor Investment Corporation and as such, Ms. Borg was General Counsel of Tudor’s Distressed Debt Group. Previously, Ms. Borg spent thirteen years at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., with her last position as Managing Director Principal in the Legal and Compliance Department. Ms. Borg earned a B.A. from University of Michigan and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
