Nicholas Gliatta

Nicholas Gliatta has accumulated extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving in B-Piece Underwriting and Loan Originations at Argentic Investment Management LLC since June 2015. Previous roles include an internship at Criterion Real Estate Capital, where Nicholas assisted with the underwriting of assets and generated market reports for various locations. Nicholas also gained valuable experience as a Development Intern at Thor Equities, supporting construction operations and developing reporting systems, and as an intern at LoanCore Capital, where data organization and market report compilation were key responsibilities. Additionally, an internship at Zachys Fine Wine involved managing and cataloging fine wine inventory. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fordham University, completed in 2015, and graduated from Scarsdale High School in 2011.
