Will Andrew

Will Andrew has a diverse work experience, starting from their current role as Chief Executive Officer at Cence Power. Will previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Omnify - Home of LumiSheet™ and Lumify Inc., where they led teams in the LED backlighting industry. Will also has experience as an Investor at Espresso Capital, GreenSky Capital Inc., and Cyclica Inc. Will served as an Investor and Advisor at WIIVV Wearables, a bionics company. Additionally, Will held the position of President & CEO at WAC Inc., a private investment firm, and the roles of Head of Strategic Channel Development at Polyconcept North America and President & COO at Trimark Sportswear. Will Andrew started their education at Upper Canada College from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained an Honours OSSD. Will then attended Queen's University from 1991 to 1994, earning a B. Applied Science degree in Engineering. In 2001, they pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing a degree in Entrepreurial Leadership (BOG) from 2001 to 2003. Will also attended the GGCLC - Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference in 2009, where they focused on Business/Corporate Communications. In 2011, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. Most recently, in 2018, Will attended the YPO President's Program at Harvard University, specializing in Business.
