Hilde Stals

Hilde Stals is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical field, currently serving as Director CMC and Principal Scientist at argenx since February 2018. Prior to this role, Hilde held the position of Study Manager Manufacturing at Ablynx, focusing on coordinating project work with external contract manufacturing organizations and managing relationships within the process development teams to ensure timely production of clinical batches. Hilde also contributed as a Senior Scientist in CMC Process Development at Ablynx, leading research activities and coordinating efforts across various projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Ghent University, where research concentrated on the cell cycle interactome through targeted proteomics. Hilde Stals earned a PhD in Biotechnology from Ghent University and a degree in Pharmaceutical Science from KU Leuven.
