Johnson Fernandes, CPA, CGA, is an executive leader in the Canadian bio-pharmaceuticals industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at argenx, Johnson plays a key role in bringing innovative medicines to patients with rare diseases. Prior to this, Johnson was the Head of Insights-to-Impact and Talent at UCB, leading finance and operational excellence initiatives. Johnson's experience includes a finance role at Biogen, where they managed accounting functions and budget forecasting, as well as working with Loblaw Companies Limited. Johnson is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Business in Accounting at George Brown College and has educational ties to Abu Dhabi.
