Muhammad Salman Saif

Muhammad Salman Saif has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Muhammad Salman worked as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation at argenx, where they were responsible for optimizing R&D processes and implementing data analytics and AI. Prior to that, they served as the Director and Head of Strategic Planning & Operations in the Epilepsy Franchise at UCB, where they developed and delivered strategic plans and frameworks for the portfolio. Muhammad Salman also led global program development in the Neurology division and successfully launched late-stage pipeline assets. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Baxter International Inc. as a Project/Program Leader, where they led device development programs, and at n-Side as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. Muhammad Salman began their career at ArcelorMittal as a Group Engineer and process consultant, where they focused on process improvement and optimization.

Muhammad Salman Saif has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended Harvard Business School for a Leadership Development program. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). During the same period, they also obtained a Msc in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology, specializing in Business Strategy & Management, Policy Analysis, and Operations Research. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering from GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Pakistan. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in August 2015.
