Jane Fletcher

Jane Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jane began their career in 1988 as a Physiotherapist, working in various settings until 2000. In 2000, they transitioned into the software industry and worked as a Computer Programmer for UCS Software until 2002. Then, they assumed the role of Software Helpdesk Manager, where they successfully managed a technical helpdesk team, resolved retail client issues, and improved client SLAs. From 2004 to 2006, Jane worked as a Project Administrator and then as a Junior Business Analyst from 2006 to 2008. Jane was later promoted to Testing Team Lead and was responsible for leading a team of testers until 2010. In 2010, Jane joined Argility as a Business Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Jane Fletcher's education history begins in 1983 when they enrolled at the University of the Witwatersrand to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiotherapy. Jane successfully completed their degree in 1988.

Later on, in 1998, Jane attended Van Zyl and Pritchard, where they studied Computer Programming, earning a degree with the same name in 1999.

In 2002, they enrolled at the University of Johannesburg, specializing in Information Technology. Jane studied there from 2002 to 2004 and graduated with an IT Diploma.

In 2008 and 2009, Jane pursued further education in management and project management at Workwise. Jane completed "Team Leadership Essentials" and "The Art of Project Management" programs during this time.

Finally, in 2012, Jane attended the Faculty Training Institute and obtained a BA Diploma in Business Analysis.
