Kevin Fielder

Kevin Fielder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at ARGO-EFESO since September 2023 and as a Senior Management Consultant at The Sinclair Group since July 2017. Prior roles include Reliability / Maintenance Resource Leader at Sadara Chemical Company from October 2011 to February 2017, where leadership was provided for the PMDI Maintenance Team and operational readiness for isocyanates. Fielder was instrumental in hiring approximately 950 Reliability and Maintenance personnel for Sadara's joint venture and led initiatives to manage over $100 million in spare parts as the Spare Parts Reliability Leader for Sadara JV. A former Turnaround Manager and Maintenance Process Leader at The Dow Chemical Company, Fielder’s career spans several engineering and management roles from 1980 to 2009, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
