Jeffery Porter

Jeffery Porter has been the President & CEO of Velvac since 2005. Prior to Velvac, Jeff successfully led global industrial businesses for twelve years; most recently as Group President of Crane Co., responsible for a group of five industrial controls businesses. Prior to his time at Crane Co., Jeff was President, Cutting Systems Division, of Messer Cutting & Welding, a subsidiary of the German company Messer Griesheim, and Division General Manager, Ingersoll Milling Machine Co., the world’s largest specialty machine tool manufacturer. Jeff received his MBA from University of Chicago, his BS in Accounting from University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana.
