Christina Parr, M.S., M.B.A., holds extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and learning across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organizational Development at Argo Group since November 2016, Christina has previously held leadership roles at Toppan Photomasks, Sanwa/OHD, Koch Industries, and several other organizations, where responsibilities included overseeing global organizational development, leadership training, and performance improvement. Christina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree with highest honors from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
