Naresh Subramanian is the Head of Quality at ARGO-HYTOS since February 2020. Prior to this, Naresh was a Team Leader in quality assurance and customer quality at Poclain Hydraulics and Flowserve Corporation respectively. With a background in mechanical engineering, Naresh also held leadership roles in assembly and testing, supplier quality, and quality management system implementations. Naresh's experience spans across various companies in the engineering industry.
