Ronald Thoma

Ronald Thoma serves as an Adjunct Professor at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten since March 2022, specializing in Leadership and Change. Ronald co-founded and holds the position of Managing Partner at both growzone and ARGO Performance & Development, which has provided consulting, training, coaching, and research in cultural change, leadership development, and sales empowerment since February 1996. Prior to these roles, Ronald gained experience as a trainer for sales and management at ÖBW Trainings and as a junior consultant at ECONSULT. Ronald's engineering background originates from Ing. Gustav Thoma KEG, where work spanned from 1983 to 1990. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from institutions such as Gallup, Weatherhead School of Management, Harvard Business School, and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), culminating in an MBA in Executive Management and certifications in leadership and emotional intelligence.
