Andre de Baubigny has a diverse and extensive work experience in the venture capital and investment industry. Andre is the Founder and General Partner of MVP Ventures, an asset management company that provides venture opportunities to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Prior to this, Andre was an Investor at Dataminr, Inc., where they participated in various funding rounds. Andre also founded and served as the Managing Partner of Spike Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Stanford University alumni network. In addition, Andre founded and managed Deep Fork Capital I, a tech-focused venture capital fund. Andre has also worked as an Investor and Board Member at Trulia. Earlier in their career, Andre founded and chaired Vintrust, a full-service management resource for wine collectors, and served as the Managing Partner of Technology & Internet Investments at Groupe Arnault. Andre started their career at Morgan Stanley, where they managed the global Internet practice. Andre holds a law degree and previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Brown & Wood.
Andre de Baubigny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford in 1986. Andre then attended Boston University School of Law from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained their JD degree specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 1993, Andre pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing their studies in 1995. Prior to these higher education experiences, they completed their high school education at Philips Exeter from 1978 to 1982.
