Parker Shinn

Parker Shinn is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the marine and finance industries. Currently, Parker serves as CEO and Founder of Elias Systems and as CEO and Co-Founder of Argo Rocket Marine, an innovative company focused on providing marine services for the space industry, leveraging expertise from top naval architects. Prior to these roles, Parker held positions such as Senior Associate at Union Hill Properties, Product Manager at Aspire, and Founder of Telvise. Parker's early career included a role as an Analyst at Balestra Capital, Ltd., a global macro hedge fund, and as a Product Manager at i2a Solutions Inc. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and has completed Level I of the CFA Program.
