Mirco Candiani is a strategic and results-driven professional currently serving as the Global Head of Product Management at Argo Tractors S.p.A. since September 2013, overseeing the Landini and McCormick brands. With extensive experience in product management, Mirco has a proven track record in managing product lifecycles, conducting competitive analysis, and spearheading customer-centric innovations. Prior to Argo Tractors, Mirco held various project management roles at CNH Industrial and Altran, demonstrating strong leadership skills and expertise in product development and engineering consultancy. Mirco holds an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School and a Master of Engineering from both Cranfield University and Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
