Mary Soy

Mary Soy is an accomplished Application Developer with extensive experience in software development and project implementation. Currently serving as Lead Application Developer at ARGO since October 2015, Mary has advanced from a Certified Programmer I to a Certified Programmer II and now holds the role of Application Developer IV. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Developer at Axiometrics, where Mary contributed to monitoring apartment and student housing markets through data analysis. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American, completed in 2011.
