Mehera O'Brien is the Head of Creative at argodesign in New York. Mehera has over a decade of experience in the design industry, with a focus on user experience and interaction design.

O'Brien began their career as a Creative Director at AKQA in 2008. Mehera then became the Managing Director of Miami Ad School in 2010, before returning to AKQA as their Director of User Experience in 2012. In 2014, they left AKQA to become the Executive Creative Director at Method, where they worked for one year.

In 2015, O'Brien began working as a Creative Director at Dalberg, a global design firm. Mehera led HCD research and strategy projects across multiple industries, including healthcare, food security, last mile access, and crisis response. During their time at Dalberg, they also completed field research assignments in Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Burundi, and the United States.

In 2018, O'Brien left Dalberg to become the Head of Creative at argodesign. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the creative team and developing innovative design solutions for argodesign's clients.

Mehera O'Brien has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University.

They work with Marcus Piña - Head of Creative, Austin, Joe Fletcher - Head of Creative, Amsterdam, and Tjeerd Hoek - Head of Creative, Europe. Their manager is Mark Rolston, Cofounder and Chief Creative Officer.
