Scott Gerlach

Scott Gerlach is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design field, currently serving as Principal Designer at argodesign since May 2019. Previous positions include Instructor at the Austin Center for Design, Lead Designer and Facilitator at USAA, and Staff Designer at Blackboard. At USAA, Scott focused on fostering Human-Centered Design, while experiences at Blackboard transformed him into an autonomous problem solver. Earlier roles included Designer at Big Tomorrow and Director of Education at the Austin Learning Center, where Scott played a pivotal role in establishing the center's reputation. Scott's academic background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Theoretical Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and further education at the Austin Center for Design.
