Andrew Arnspiger

Andrew Arnspiger, LSSBB, currently serves as Site Lean Manager at Argon Medical Devices, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at James Hardie where responsibilities included Lean Manufacturing Manager and Lean Manufacturing Specialist, focusing on continuous improvement and creating compliance systems. Andrew's earlier positions at James Hardie encompassed Environmental Health Safety Coordinator, managing safety programs and promoting lean culture, and Storeroom Coordinator, where inventory management and collaboration with senior management were key duties.
