Alan H. has over 18 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Alan began their career in 2002 as a Manufacturing Team Leader/Assistant to Production Supervisor at Harmony Concepts, Inc. where they were responsible for training new employees and ensuring proper GMP/SOP were followed. Alan then joined The Rhema Group (Bought Harmony Concepts INC) Doing business as Harmony Concepts INC in 2012 as Production Lead/Asst to Prod Supervisor, where they were responsible for training new employees, tracking amount produced daily, team hours, downtime, equipment repair reports, and safety issues. In 2015, Alan moved to Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc. where they worked as a Production Supervisor, overseeing all production activities for their assigned shift and managing 15+ employees. In 2016, they joined Vital Proteins as a Production Manager, responsible for all activities and operations at the production/warehouse facility and managing 20+ employees. Finally, in 2020, Alan joined Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc. as a Visual Inspection Lead.
