Steve Folio

Steve Folio has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Steve began their career in 1991 as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy. In 1997, they worked as a Consultant for Simco San Diego, where they headed international operations in Southeast Asia and Latin America, and lead Biotech operations for San Diego and Orange Counties. In 2003, they worked as a Validation Engineer for Catalent Pharma Solutions (Cardinal Health). In 2008, they were an Associate Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and Sr. Validation Manager for Althea, CMO. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, first as Sr. Director Quality and Regulatory, then as Senior Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, and finally as Director QA and Regulatory Affairs. Most recently, they have been Sr. Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory, Drug Product at Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc.

Steve Folio attended the University of Phoenix from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Liberal Arts/Electronics and Technology.
