Yolanda Plaza-Charres

Yolanda Plaza-Charres has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Yolanda began their career at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where they served as a Regional Vice President, providing investment management sales and support to financial advisors. Yolanda then moved to BlackRock, where they held various roles, including Director of the Private Banking Channel and Head of Sales for the Americas region.

After their time at BlackRock, Yolanda joined BNY Mellon International Wealth Management as a Senior Director, responsible for creating a growth initiative and enhancing key accounts. Yolanda later joined Buttonwood Group Advisors LLC as a Managing Director, focusing on product strategy and distribution.

Yolanda's next role was at SEI Investment Management, where they served as the Director of Investment Strategy and Solutions. In this position, they developed and managed the investment platform and solution set for the Private Wealth Management advisory business.

Most recently, Yolanda worked at Vanguard as a Regional Director and Co-Head of Ultra High Net Worth Advisory. In this role, they coached and supported a team of senior financial advisors, developed growth strategies, and executed the UHNW advisory business strategy.

Yolanda will be joining Argonautic Ventures in 2023 as the Managing Director of Argonautic Global Formation and Argonautic LATAM.

Yolanda Plaza-Charres holds an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School. Yolanda also has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they are certified in CIMA from IMCA.
