Justin Flood

Justin Flood has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2020, they joined Argonics, Inc. where they started as a Cost Analyst and later became an ERP/Operations Specialist. From March 2022 to December 2022, they served as the Vice President - Business Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at the same company. Prior to their work at Argonics, Inc., Justin worked at Central Michigan University as a Business Student Services Student Assistant from April 2019 to August 2019 and as a REACH Advisor from September 2019 to May 2020.

Justin Flood completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business and German from Central Michigan University in 2020. Justin also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Central Michigan University College of Business Administration in May 2019. In 2020, they acquired certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP and Google Analytics Beginner and Advanced from Google. Justin Flood is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northern Michigan University, expected to be completed in 2026.
