Cathy Cooper

Cathy Cooper has been an integral part of the retail banking industry for many years. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Consumer Banker at WaFd Bank, Cathy is responsible for client experience, digital banking channels, branch design, sales training, and lead generation. With previous roles including overseeing marketing and communications at Washington Federal, Cathy has extensive experience in brand development, campaign management, and customer acquisition. Prior to that, as the Marketing Manager at Metropolitan Federal Savings, Cathy honed their skills in marketing. Cathy holds a BA in Communications from Washington State University.
