Alexander Kikilas

Alexander Kikilas serves as the Senior Project Lead - Operations at Argonne National Laboratory, where responsibilities include leading initiatives for operational excellence, safety, and compliance while advising the Chief Operations Officer on high-impact projects. Previous roles at Argonne include managing nuclear facility compliance and transition, and overseeing emergency services and wellness programs. In addition to work at Argonne, Alexander holds a leadership position in the U.S. Navy Reserve, facilitating leadership courses and managing operations that support military objectives. Additional extensive experience in the U.S. Navy includes directing training and operations for multinational teams in maritime and nuclear environments. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed Nuclear Power School training.
