Florian Pape

Florian Pape is an experienced business executive with a diverse background in management and investment. Since October 2014, Florian Pape has served as Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at Argos GmbH, continuing the family business. As a Mitgründer and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Ascent Rift Valley Fund since June 2013, Florian Pape plays a key role in investment strategies. Prior positions include founding Active Equity Management GmbH and Orlando Management AG, and serving as Geschäftsführer and CEO at Recycling Technology GmbH, where development and production of balers were a focus. Florian Pape's earlier experience includes serving as Geschäftsführer at GMM Active Equity Management GmbH and as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Dipl. Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Hannover, alongside a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
