Jan Bares

Jan Bares is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Argos Multilingual since September 2020. Previously, Jan held the position of VP of Technology at LanguageWire from June 2019 to September 2020 and served as Senior Director of Technology at Moravia IT from May 2016 to April 2018. Jan's tenure at Moravia IT also includes roles as CTO from 2011 to 2016 and Business Unit Manager, Account Manager, and Production Unit Manager from November 2003 to December 2009. Jan began a career in the localization industry at Moravia, working as a Project Manager and Localization Engineer from 1997 to 2003. Jan holds an MSc in Management and a degree in Microelectronics from Brno University of Technology, as well as a high school degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from SPSE Olomouc.
