Carlos Augusto Orozco Rios

Carlos Augusto Orozco Rios has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. From 2018 onwards, they worked as the Director of Investigation and Development at Cementos Argos, where they contributed to the improvement of cement products and their applications through materials science studies. Prior to this, they held the position of R&D at the same company. From 2014 to 2017, Carlos worked as a User at the Synchrotron Advance Light Source at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, gaining experience in various beamlines. Carlos Augusto started their career in 2005 as a Production Engineer at Cementos Argos and later transitioned to leading research and development projects focusing on cement and concrete materials science studies.
