Graciela Olimpia Castellanos

Graciela Olimpia Castellanos has an extensive background in the cement industry and environmental management, currently serving as the Directora de Personas Centroamérica at Cementos Argos since June 2018. Prior roles at Cementos Argos include Human Resources Director for Honduras and Production Manager. Previous experience at LafargeHolcim involved various managerial roles, including Production Manager, People Development Manager, and Safety and Health Manager. Graciela also worked as an Environment Specialist for Lafarge Cement and the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on environmental impact assessments for sustainable rural development projects. Graciela holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Católica de Honduras and has completed leadership training in Gender Equity at the University of California, Berkeley. Ongoing education includes a postgraduate program in Environmental Impact Assessment at Universidad de Valladolid.
