Debbie Hulsey

Debbie Hulsey has a robust background in hospitality and education, currently serving as the Banquet and Catering Manager at Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa Riverside since September 2021. Prior to this role, Debbie worked in various capacities within the North Kansas City Schools from 2011 to August 2023, including Administrative Assistant and Behavioral Interventionist, where responsibilities involved implementing behavioral strategies for students. Additional experience includes managerial roles at The Raphael Hotel, where Debbie advanced from Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to Restaurant Manager, and previous positions with Penn National Gaming, Home Rental Services, and Silverton Casino. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Emporia State University and has culinary training from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
