Kent Bredehoeft has extensive work experience in the consulting and engineering industries. Kent started their career at Burns and McDonnell in 1989, where they worked as a Senior Engineer until 1995. In 1995, they joined Argus Consulting, Inc. and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming President in June 2010. During their time at Argus, they managed numerous projects for fueling systems and facilities at military bases, major commercial airports, and railroads across the United States, as well as airports in Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Kent's expertise includes managing Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants projects.

Kent Bredehoeft received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1984 and 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from The University of Kansas from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in August 2019.
