Argus Control Systems
Yuriy Kurchavov, EIT, has extensive experience in electrical and mechatronics engineering, currently serving as Project Designer II at Argus Control Systems since July 2021. In this role, Yuriy designs electrical panels for greenhouse and research facility applications, oversees project management from concept to shipment, and collaborates with customers to optimize designs. Previous positions include Project Designer I and Production Technician at Argus Control Systems, where Yuriy focused on assembling and troubleshooting electrical panels, as well as roles at Novarc Technologies Inc., M.E.I. International, and Aurora Solar Technologies, developing skills in assembly, troubleshooting, and mechanical design. Yuriy's background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics from Simon Fraser University and a Private Pilot License from Pacific Rim Aviation Academy.
