Carol Brinkley is an experienced professional with a strong background in dental management and education. Currently serving as a UM Manager at Argus Dental & Vision, Inc. since September 2021, Carol previously held the position of Manager of Utilization Management at Envolve Benefit Options, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing Medicaid authorizations for dental treatment and compliance reporting. Carol also served as Director of Dental, Allied Health, and Business Programs at Sanford Brown College, focusing on faculty development, curriculum supervision, and student placement. Earlier in career, Carol was the Dental Program Lead Instructor at Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, responsible for curriculum development and clinical training.
