Nahida Mohamed

Nahida Mohamed has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nahida currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Initiatives, Americas at The Argus Group, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Program Management, Americas at the same company from December 2019 to November 2021. Before joining The Argus Group, Nahida worked at Capital One, where they served as the Head of Digital Customer Servicing from May 2014 to January 2020 and as a Sr. Operations Manager, Offshore Operations from April 2008 to May 2014. Nahida also gained experience as a Marketing Communications Manager at Couche-Tard from February 2006 to March 2008 and as a Marketing Specialist, Corporate Stores at TELUS from February 2005 to January 2006. In addition, Nahida held the position of National Key Accounts at Labatt Breweries of Canada from February 2002 to December 2005 and worked as a Charity Relations Officer at Invesco Ltd. from May 1999 to January 2002.

Nahida Mohamed has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including being a Certified Post Merger Integration Expert (CPMI) from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in January 2023, a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2020, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in July 2020, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2015, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2016, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in February 2015.
