Susan Cadwallader

Susan Cadwallader is currently the VP of Helicopter and UAS Services at ARGUS International. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Remote Pilot Operator at Raytheon from March 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they served on teams that trained air traffic controllers on computer simulation systems and in non-radar laboratories. Susan also provided user testing and feedback on simulation scenario maintenance and development for a Department of Transportation national spiral software development program.

Before working at Raytheon, Susan was the Head of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) at Siemens Wind Power from January 2011 to March 2013. In this role, they were responsible for building the EHS Department through hiring and training nine EHS Specialists. Susan also interfaced with internal and external customers while developing and implementing all aspects of EHS support to an organization of 600 people who provide service and maintenance to 50 wind turbine farms in North and South America. As a member of senior management, they helped formulate and implement the organizational mission and vision. During their time at Siemens Wind Power, they achieved all performance and fiscal targets as well as obtaining initial third party certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Susan Cadwallader's educational career includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, a MS in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Susan also has certifications from the FAA in Remote Pilot -UAS and Commercial Aircraft Pilot, as well as from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
