Pawan Chhabra

Pawan Chhabra is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Altus Group since January 2023. With over a decade of experience at ADP, Pawan held multiple CFO roles overseeing significant portfolios, including leading the financial strategy for a $7B portfolio in the company's fastest-growing segments and managing a $4B human resources outsourcing business. Prior to ADP, Pawan served as Vice President of Sales Finance at Avaya, responsible for a $3B portfolio and overseeing a global team. Pawan’s career also includes roles in strategy and business development at Inventx and Nortel Networks. Pawan holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and an MS in Finance, both from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and additional education from The University of Texas at Austin.
