Previously, James held the position of Quantity Surveyor at Premier Asphalt Ltd from July 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing multiple surfacing contracts and attending key project meetings. James also began as an Estimating Assistant, focusing on the preparation and organization of quotes for surfacing contracts nationwide. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, attained from 2008 to 2011.
