Adam has over 20 years of recruitment experience, having started his career in the UK and also worked in Australia, China, and Singapore – with experience of managing cross-cultural teams that have also included staff in South Korea and Japan.
As the Director of Argyll Scott’s Contract and Interim division, Adam is responsible for working with clients to identify and implement recruitment solutions in the areas of Business Transformation, Digital Transformation and Projects and Change. Adam has experience of working with organisations in a number of industries including Construction, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Mining, and Local Government.
