Currently serving as Operations Director at Argyll, they have previously held significant roles at companies such as OYO, Premier Inn, and x+why, where they successfully drove operational efficiency and team development. Recognized as an Acorn Award Winner in 2019, William is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering collaborative cultures. They also pursue their interests as an amateur road cyclist, infusing the same discipline and camaraderie from the sport into their professional endeavors.
