Ken Weiss

Ken Weiss currently serves as the Associate Director of CRM at Arhaus since August 2023, focusing on leveraging first-party and third-party data to enhance acquisition and retention strategies in e-commerce and omnichannel operations. Previously, Weiss held the position of Senior Director of Marketing and Ecommerce at Levin Furniture & Mattress, where contributions included leading teams across e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience initiatives. Weiss's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Director of Ecommerce at Step 2, Senior Manager of Relationship Marketing at The J.M. Smucker Company, and Vice President of Marketing at Shindigz, among others. Weiss also has a strong academic background, having lectured as an adjunct professor at both The University of Akron and Kent State University while holding a Master's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Kent State University and completing executive education at Columbia University.
