Michael Nowak

Michael Nowak is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in securities law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Arhaus since February 2022, Michael previously held the position of Principal at Squire Patton Boggs from December 2017 to February 2022, where the focus included advising clients on public and private capital markets transactions as well as securities law compliance. Prior to that, a tenure as Senior Associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP from January 2010 to November 2017 provided a foundation in corporate legal matters, and earlier experience included a law clerk position at Chicago Legal Clinic. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Miami University.
