Pavel Rassokha

Pavel Rassokha is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Gebietsverkaufsleiter Vertrieb at ARI-Armaturen since February 2015. With extensive experience in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, Pavel has been instrumental in consulting, training, and establishing branches and a consulting network in these regions, overseeing a team of over 40 employees. Previously, as Niederlassungsleitung at ARI-Armaturen RUS from July 2009 to January 2023, Pavel led branch development across the Russian Federation, enhancing client relations and employee growth. Pavel's career began as a Kundenberater at ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter GmbH & Co. KG from February 2007 to July 2009, and earlier held the position of Steuerberater and Geschäftsführer at Steuerberatung Moskau from February 2001 to February 2007, focusing on client advisory and office management. Pavel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg and Universität Moskau, obtained between September 2004 and July 2006.
