Isna Latifani

Isna Latifani has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2011, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant and Analyst, specializing in process improvement projects and project management. Isna then moved on to PT Agri Muda Indonesia in 2013, where they served as CEO & Co-Founder, focusing on imported cattle trading, agri machine manufacturing, and export of Indonesian commodities.

In 2017, Isna became the Chief Executive Officer at Altair CG, specializing in business consulting in global trade and education programs. Isna subsequently joined OY! Indonesia as VP Business & Product Partnership Integration, leading national sales teams and overseeing merchant set-up and training. Later, they became the Head of Business Development at Aimax - PT Data Impian Bangsa.

In 2022, Isna took on the role of Independent Consultant at Open Fabric and joined Aria as Head Of Operations. Isna eventually transitioned to the position of Chief Business Officer at Aria in 2023.

Before their professional career, Isna Latifani gained teaching experience as a Computer Laboratorium Management Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Economics Padjadjaran University, where they developed teaching modules and facilitated students in practicing business applications and management information systems.
